Refund policy
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order. However, all canceled orders are subject to a flat $300 cancellation fee per bike, which will be deducted from your refund, even if the order has not yet been shipped.
You may request a full cancellation only before the item has shipped.
An item is considered shipped once a tracking number is generated, regardless of whether the carrier has updated the tracking information. Once a shipping notification exists, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process (see Product Returns below).
Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment upon delivery, it is treated as a return.
- 15% restocking fee will be applied.
- All actual shipping fees (original shipment + return shipment) will be deducted from your refund.
Refused deliveries significantly increase shipping costs and processing times, so we strongly encourage customers to accept delivery and request a standard return instead.
Product Returns (Change-of-Mind)
Returns for bikes, parts, and accessories must be requested within 7 days of the original order date.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, the returned item must strictly meet all of the following:
- Be in its original packaging
- Be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and undamaged
- Be in new, re-sellable condition
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service to request a return and obtain a Return Authorization (R/A) number. Returns without a valid R/A number will not be accepted.
- Include a printed copy of the R/A form inside the shipping box.
- You are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- Ensuring proper and protective packaging
- Purchasing adequate shipping insurance
Refunds
Once the product is returned, inspected, and verified to be in new, re-sellable condition (including original packaging and all box contents), we will issue your refund.
Your refund will include:
- The original product purchase price
- minus original shipping & handling fees
- minus the $300/bike cancellation fee (if applicable)
- minus any applicable restocking fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable for all canceled or returned orders, unless you received an incorrect item or a defective product.
