Our bikes are designed by riders and engineers and assembled in certified factories to ensure top quality and performance.
Do Rexx bikes come with a warranty?
Our e-bikes have one year warranty. To learn more about it please check our warranty terms.
Can I test ride a Rexx bike before buying?
Currently, test rides are not available. Join our newsletter to get notified when a demo event comes to your city.
Do Rexx bikes come pre-assembled?
Each bike is 85–90% assembled. You’ll only need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. Assembly usually takes about 20–30 minutes.
Do I need any special tools to assemble my bike?
You need basic tools which everyone has. We also provide a full video assembly guide for step-by-step help.
How fast can Rexx bikes go?
Depending on the model, Rexx bikes reach up to 50 mph (80 km/h) in off-road mode.
Can I ride Rexx bikes in the rain?
Yes, all bikes are water-resistant with sealed connectors and IP-rated components, but avoid submerging them in water.
Are the batteries removable?
Yes, our batteries are removable and lockable for easy charging and safety. We also have charging port on frame. So you can charge the batteries on/off the bike.
