Rexx PPB Warranty Policy (Electric Bike Warranty)
At Rexx, we build high-performance PPB (Power-Performance Bikes) — our advanced take on modern electric bikes engineered for reliability, power, and long-term durability. Every PPB undergoes multiple quality-control checks before leaving our facility. This Warranty Policy clearly outlines what is covered, what is not, and how to request support.
This warranty applies only to Rexx-branded PPB purchased directly from Rexx or an authorized retailer.
1. Warranty Coverage Overview
All Rexx PPB (electric bikes) include the following warranty protection:
A. 30-Day Manufacturing Defects Warranty
For the first 30 days after delivery, Rexx covers any manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship. This applies to defects that prevent normal and intended operation of the PPB.
Covered under the 30-day warranty:
- Structural defects present at delivery
- Components that fail due to workmanship issues
- Electronics that are dead-on-arrival
- Missing or incorrect factory components
- Significant paint or finish defects present on arrival
B. 6-Month Limited Powertrain Warranty
The powertrain includes the major electrical components that drive a PPB / e-bike:
- Motor
- Controller
- Display
- Wiring harness
- Pedal assist sensor
- Throttle
- Internal electronics
Rexx covers failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship for six (6) months from the delivery date.
2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
To maintain transparency and comply with electric bike industry standards, the following are not covered by the Rexx PPB warranty:
A. Normal Wear and Tear

- Tires, tubes, and punctures
- Chains, cassettes, chainrings
- Grips, pedals, and saddles
- Cosmetic scratches, chips, or regular use marks

- Crashes, impacts, or accidents
- Using the PPB beyond its intended performance limits
- Water damage from submersion, pressure washing, or extreme weather

C. Unauthorized Modifications
The following void the electric bike warranty:
- Aftermarket controllers or tuning devices
- Speed-limit bypassing or firmware alterations
- Non-Rexx electrical components
- Custom wiring, lighting, or load-bearing alterations
D. Commercial, Rental, or Delivery Use
Unless a commercial warranty is explicitly provided, PPB used for delivery, rental, or other professional purposes are not covered.
E. Shipping, Transport, and Packaging Damage
- Damage caused by customer-arranged shipping
- Use of incorrect or non-approved shipping materials
- Damage caused by racks, hitches, or carriers
F. Consumables & Third-Party Accessories
The warranty applies to the PPB itself, not accessories, consumables, or third-party components unless otherwise stated.
